Minic Railway
James Dobbs recent acquasition Feb 2025
James has kinly sent me the photographs of this interesting item. It called itself an Electric Railway but in reality it had a very strange sort of motion power. The stock was not driven but the paper track in the metal frame vibrated side to side by an eccentric cam on the motor and the brushes under the stock shifted the items in one direction!! Note, the brushes all have to be facing the same way otherwise the stock fights for the direction of travel!! |
